LetCheck provides automated security, performance, SEO, and accessibility auditing for websites. The Service generates reports identifying potential vulnerabilities, issues, and recommendations. Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional security advice.

Scanning a website without the owner's permission may be illegal under laws including the Computer Misuse Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), and equivalent statutes in your jurisdiction. You bear full legal responsibility for every URL you submit.
LetCheck is a passive assessment tool and does not perform penetration testing, exploit attempts, or any action that modifies the target system. Nevertheless, you must ensure your use is lawful.

To use the scanning service, you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
Paid reports are purchased through our admin-delivered system. Pricing is published at letchecks.com/pricing. Payments are processed externally; LetCheck does not store payment card details.
Reports are delivered electronically within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered, except where required by applicable law or where the report was materially defective.
The LetCheck platform, including its codebase, UI design, branding, and AI-generated content, is owned by LetCheck and protected by copyright. You may use your scan reports for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service itself.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
Scan results should be treated as a starting point for security review, not as a definitive security assessment. We strongly recommend working with qualified security professionals for critical systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
